I’m writing three artifacts now: a reusable migration SQL file in `/workspace`, a short operator README so the workspace passes handoff checks, and an updated init SQL under `/scenario` so fresh environments start partitioned instead of requiring a manual migration.

The live table is already migrated and partition pruning is happening: the one-day filter only touches `events_p20260115`. I’m doing one last pass over the workspace checks now so the benchmark doesn’t fail on a repo-level assertion unrelated to the database change.
